Bishop Guillet was ordained Bishop of Saint-Denis at Saint-Denis, France, in the Cathedral Basilica of Saint-Denis at the hands of Archbishop Laurent Bernard Marie Ulrich, Archbishop of Paris. Archbishop Ulrich was assisted by Bishop Lucien Jacques Marie Joseph Crepy, C.J.M., of Versailles, and Archbishop Pascal Michel Ghislain Delannoy of Strasbourg.
